Zaha Hadid Floor at Silken Puerta América Madrid
One of the highlights of Madrid’s Hotel Puerta America is the floor designed by Zaha Hadid - the first woman awarded with the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize. Combing her unique, artistic vision with state-of-the-art design techniques, she managed to create some of the most spectacular and innovative rooms ever seen in a hotel. The project consists of 30 rooms and suites where forms and textures seem to morph into each other, while bold, sinuous lines and glossy compositions add a fluid movement to the futuristic, hypnotic environment. No doubt, walking in is like stepping into a Sci-Fi mirage.
